If you are looking to reduce body tension such as stiff neck, low back tightness, sore shoulders or reducing inflammation; A course of Jing Massage will assist to reinstate your bodies equilibrium.
I'm a full-time qualified Holistic and Deep Tissue Massage therapist, trained through the unique and beautiful Jing Method. A combination of Eastern and Western approaches and techniques – a fusion of both worlds. I'm also a qualified Aromatherapist, so your massage can be tailored with the support of organic essential oils.
A full body massage will typically take 60 minutes, this also gives time to work on specific areas.
Deep Tissue techniques focus on deeper layers of the muscles and connective tissue. Its great for chronically tense area’s such as stiff neck, low back tightness, sore shoulders. Whilst dispersing knots and adhesions and reducing inflammation.
A course of massage will restore normal patterns of movement, whilst bringing your body and mind back into balance - great for well-being, relaxation, improving your mind.
